Forms

What will you need?

Once a buyer is interested in your property, a formal offer will be submitted. If your buyer is represented by an agent, that agent will submit the executed Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate outlining the buyer's terms.

In a For Sale by Owner transaction, If the buyer is not represented by an agent it is very common for the buyer and seller to complete this contract together.

The commonly used forms are;

  • Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate
  • Counter proposal
  • Seller's Property Disclosure
  • Source of Water Disclosure
  • Square Footage Disclosure
  • Lead-Based Paint Disclosure (required for properties 1978 and older)
  • Inspection Objection
  • Inspection Resolution
